I had pain in the gorin area for two and a half months, saw two Doctors with no answers, the very day my pain went away my right testicle had dropped about an inch and a half, I m 55 and I had hernia surgery 14 yrs ago and yes I have had pain ever since the patch was put in.
pain in groin area is usually due to hernai or varicocle however you had hernai in past mesh repair was done but mesh can fail and hernia can reoccur however varicocle which is dilated testicular pain also can lead to dragging pain in testicles To rule out any of these conditions we require proper clinical examination and imaging investigation please visit a general surgeon for examination Hope I was of some help
