Hello,

Your leg, back and neck injury seems to be after effect of your back injury. Which seems to have caused spinal injury to the lumbar spine and also jerk injury to the cervical spine causing neck pain or headache. Headache needs investigating in terms of high blood pressure or refractory error of the eye.

Get x-ray or MRI of the whole spine done to find spinal injury followed by management by medicines or physiotherapy or surgery as applicable. Consult a physician to start with followed by orthopedic surgeon or ophthalmologist as advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regard,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale
