Hello,

Your joints have started crunching and there is pain also in the knees. You have shortness of breath and puckering breasts. Since you have puckered breasts, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an oncologist or a gynecologist as neglect may cause dimpling and other complications.

Get breast examination, mammography, MRI, biopsy, ultrasound done to be on the safer side. You will be treated accordingly if reports are found positive for malignancy. You are also having joint pain, taking naproxen or acetaminophen, one stat when pain will relieve you of the symptoms.

Pain in the joints can also be relieved by exercise, acupuncture and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. Shortness of breath is commonly caused due to anxiety, stressful lifestyle, obesity, neuromuscular disease, excessive exercises, etc.

Breathing problems like allergy attacks, asthma, bronchitis, COPD, pneumonia, or any condition of the airways can produce a sensation of shortness of breath. Cardiac problems may also cause shortness of breath, get stress tests and lipid profile done. Get treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
