What Does Pain In The Left Arm And Shoulder Indicate?

I have achey pain in left arm from shoulder down to back of hand two middle fingers. Pain in my neck down to and past collar bone. Left side. I have had an echo stress test and was told it s normal. I have shortness of breath when active, periodically palpitations or irregular heart beats. I had a breath test, was told it was ok I m not an hyprocondriac, just fell like there is something not quit right with my blood flow or heart. I have an appt tomorrow with primary. dr. Any ideas on what I can ask? Also have pains in my right lower leg was diagnost as restless leg.
