Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Exertional discomfort (pain during exercise or increased physical activity) in the calf(s) is typically due to ischemic/arterial disease. Likely need to seek a vascular specialist for noninvasive ABIs, TCPO2 and possible arterial testing to determine where there may be stenosis and/or blockage of arterial flow.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
