What Does Pain In The Left Hand And Shoulder Blade Indicate?

I have a sharp pain that keeps shooting through the bottom on my left hand and shots up through the back of my arm to my shoulder blade. It is a stabbing pain last 3 to 5 secs and is reoccurring apps every 10 minutes or so. It started today around 12:30 this afternoon and is still occurring.

It can be cervical spondylosis use neck color avoid pillow at bed time use hard bed. Pain is migrating from cervical part to other part like shoulder hand. Can take some analgesic like tablet Combiflam apply analgesic ointment locally and apply warm implementation rest and give rest to the part.
