What Does Pain In The Left Testicle Indicate?

I have pain in my left testicle and moves to the right one at time. I urinate often and have trouble trying to urinate. Sometimes when I m done and walk off, I get a tingling and rush back to the bathroom (sometimes I make it sometimes not so much). Most of the time is dark orange, then other times it is clear or yellow. I have a sulfur type smell and lose black stool. I have heart palpitation at times. Sudden sharp(electric type) pains running from head to toe all at once. I eat more than enough to fill three average men, but my hunger pains when I first get hungry are the same after I eat, but worse. Insomnia, tired, depression, irritability, inpatient, anxiety.
