What Does Pain In The Left Testicle Indicate?

There is pus cells in my urine as I have done normal urine routine..no bacteria everything was normal.. but there is little pain my left testicle and left leg...n when I touch left testicle it gives soar like feeling...some day ago I had done Chlamydia test in which IGA was positive but others negative but doctor said that I don t have Chlamydia.

It could be epididymal-orchitis. Get an ultrasound scan done.
