What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen Along With Fever Indicate?

Hi Dr Andrew,
My name is Peter. I suddenly have some kind of pain in the lower left abs, it comes and goes for few hours already, I felt slight fever not near 100 dgr. I am not sure what it is, occurring after I went on threat mill exercise and a little light push weights (70lbs). I am not sure what it is, please advise!

I will recommend to undergo ultrasound abdomen and urine complete examination. As it may be urinary system related. If you are having some bowel upset then undergo stool complete examination also.
