What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Scrotum Indicate?

I am a male, age 60. Yesterday morning when I got out of bed I was feeling pain in my lower abdomen that felt like it was radiating into my scrotum. Dull pain; not unbearable. When I got out of bed this morning, the pain seemed to be gone, but a few hours later it has returned.

It could be due to conditions like torsion or epididymitis.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

Consult a general surgeon at the earliest and plan for an ultrasound Doppler.
