What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side Indicate?

I have a pain in my lower left abdomen that comes and goes. it is located close to the crease defining the leg and the abdomen, but on the abdomen side. I recently had a second back surgery....7 yrs ago I had fusion of L4/L5 with cage and rods. 3 months ago I had fusion of L5/s1. One week after surgery I was in the ER with gout. I had very high levels of uric acid which created the gout attack. I have battled dehydration and constant constipation since the last surgery to the point that my hands and feet are drying and cracking from {dishydrosis}. I did have a bout with kidney stones about ten years ago. what is going on and how do I turn this around?
