What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side Indicate?

Hi there. I ve been having this sharp pain in the lower side of my stomach on the left hand side for about 2 weeks now and it has caused me to lose my appetite and also have this constant feeling like im going to throw up. Every now and then I get this really sharp pain in the middle of my lower stomach that last about 20-30 seconds then it will go away. Is this something that I should be worried about or something that will pass?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would advise you to do a USG of whole abdomen. Also for pain you can take antispasmodic drug twice daily with your doctor's advise.
