What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side Indicate?

HI, My name is Christine and I am 26. I have Stein Leventhal and lately, I have been having pelvic pain on my lower left side that I can feel in pelvis and back. I have had 3 periods during the course of one cycle and I have a bloated abdomen. Now I have been told I could possibly have IBS but I don t know that that is the whole story. I am worried I may have an ovarian cyst.

get an usg abdomen done.there are many causes for left side abd.pain including ovarian cyst diverticulitis etc.
