Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The pain in the left lower side is mostly due to bowel related problems. It could be constipation or any infection of the bowel.

I want you to tell me whether you have frequent change in bowel movements and from when did the pain start?

Is there blood In stools? Is there mucus in stool? Kindly follow up with the answer to the above questions.

Meanwhile take tablet Cyclopam sos if severe pain occurs. Consult your physician for prescription. Drink lots of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jinela Desouza
