What Does Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side Indicate?

Am 40yo male, hardly exercise or go out for anything most my time working indoors, for the past 3 to 4 months, I start having mild pain in the right, left the iliac region and the lower back and I noticed a clear sticky fluid secreting around the groin and testicles area it feels like a liquid soap and has no odor and there is no itch or any signs like Blisters or rash, yet am not sure but I think that the skin color darkened in that area. I was cleaning it with warm water and soap twice or three times a day which helped a lot, recently I hardly can feel the fluid secreting every two to three days lightly. The thing to mention that at the same time of fluid secreting or shortly before I start to have symptoms of stress, severe urination, lightly burning sensation while urinating, insomnia, numbness and tingling in the fingers and intense thirst throughout the day. Three weeks ago I admitted to the hospital emergency after having severe weakness in the left side of my body and mild pain the right, left the iliac region and the lower back. The doctor ordered blood, urine, stool tests and CT scan for the brain. I was diagnosed with diabetes after blood test and all other tests showed nothing wrong and I was discharged the same day. Now am on medication for diabetes, yet I still have the mild and sometimes severe pain in the iliac and the lower back region and sometimes pain the testicles and still the sticky fluid secreting rarely. I ve seen the doctor 5 times so far and he requested an ultrasound for the Kidney, Ureter, and Bladder. The result of the UL was fine and the doctor said nothing wrong with me and he thinks the pain is due to the gastric in the colon and asked me to exercise 30min to an hour daily and prescribed me some lactulose oral solution which didn t help at all. My question what could cause the pain and secrete of the fluid?
