What Does Pain In The Lower Back On The Right Side Indicate?

I have had a kidney infection in the past, and I am having similar but less severe symptoms - 1 Pretty bad pain on my right lower back & side - constant but sharp if I cough & when I breathe deeply. 2 mild nausea 3 feel weird when I did have a kidney infection, I had this, but then developed chills & dizziness. I m thinking of going to Urgent Care, but it will cost me $100 & I don t want to go if I ve just tweaked my back. My question is - what are symptoms that mean I should definately go to Urgent Care?
