What Does Pain In The Lower Pelvic Area Indicate?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female today I experienced the worse pain in my lower pelvis it was so terrible I broke out in a sweat got dizzy, and experienced nausea, now the pain is in my lower right pelvis just not as severe as earlier today what could these symptoms mean? Thank you.

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of pelvic pain. You may need some pain killers. Hope it helps.
