What Does Pain In The Lower Ribs Indicate?

behind my lowest right rib I have a burning and dull ache pain. This is only relieved when I lay on my right side. I have been eating better but have gained over 50lbs in the last year since this started. Most of the weight gain is in the abdomen area. I have constant indigestion and regular headaches.

It could be due to minor contusion, or it could be due to Costochondritis. Therefore, nothing to worry about it.
