What Does Pain In The Neck And Between The Shoulders Indicate?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

* As per my surgical experience, the condition here indicates possible muscle or ligament sprain or strain, spinal cord nerve root compression or others.
* In our clinic, I thoroughly evaluate the patient with clinical signs, prescribe analgesic ointment or spray with anti inflammatory medicines and later on during follow up decide further line of action to evaluate via X-ray or MRI.

Hope I have answered your query.
