What Does Pain In The Neck, Shoulders And Buttocks Indicate?

I will try to be as brief as possible. I had an double ear infection that started on Thanksgiving. I have been treated with amox-clav 2x -10 days, and prednisone 5mg pack 6days. Onto Doxycycline, then onto Cefdinir 300 MG 2x-10 days and another round of prednisone 10mg pack for 6 days. I was rechecked by ENT who says my ears are clear but pressure in left ear is still off and I am having trouble hearing. This morning I woke up with pain in my neck, slight stiffness. My head between my temples feels a little heavy like I might start a headache any minute. As the morning progressed I have pain on the middle sides of the back from my neck and shoulders to my buttocks. It feels like someone has beat my back with a 2x4 and is sore if touched. My shoulders and upper arms are sore like I have pulled muscles or done strenuous exercise which I have done nothing.
