I think I have Chrones. Just was in hospital x2 days. Had ultrasound of gall bladder, and nuclear test. Ct scan of abdomen, ultrasound and Transvaal of pelvis area. They have no answers for me. My symptoms are stabbing pain lower right quadrant. With shooting pain to vag area also. The pain comes after eating and or drinking liquid, water, ginger ale.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you have severe pain then consult gastroenterologist, you can do ultrasound for further diagnosis, you take below medicine under your doctor advice, you can take Tramadol and paracetamol twice a day for 5 days, you can take Omeprazole twice a day for 5 days, you can take AtoZ tab once a day for 5 days, do yoga and pranayam empty stomach in fresh air, do exercise in the morning, do meditation in the morning, physiotherapy is helpful for fast recovery, apply Diclofenac spray on affected site, apply hot water bag on affected site.
