What Does Pain In The Pelvis Indicate?

Dear Dr., I feel a continuous pain (moderate) by my side, just at the top end of my pulvis. It is now two weeks and non-stop. A pharmacist taught it may be cold but I am not satisfied. Here Medical access is scarce so need your advice. In case this is Kidney problem, that s what I am starting to think, how do I check? Thanks

It may be urine infection or stone or gut infection .
Please undergo ultrasound abdomen to rule out any pathology .
Also undergo urine complete examination to rule out urine infection .
