What Does Pain In The Pelvis On The Right Side Indicate?

A few days i started having pain in my pelvic area on the right side..it radiates to my back and down the front of my leg to my knee. I thought it was cyst because the pain is like a cramping pain..had an ultrasound done and there were no cyst. Had a ct scan and it came back fine...but i am still in a lot of pain...i cannot find anything to ease the pain.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such pain can be caused by a spine disc herniation in the lumbar area of your spine. Especially that the pain radiates to the knee. You may also have a back pain with it. If you have any issues while urinating, infection can be the case as well, however fever would be present.
Spine MRI seems the best choice at this point.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
