What Does Pain In The Penis Indicate?

I am experiencing pain and open sores on my penis, my penis is circumcised but it rolls up like a turtle and some times I don t wash in that area often enough and have had some of the same pain and sores but now it covers all around the penis and one spot on the head. usually after washing and using A&D ointment it goes away, not now. I m not sure if it could be herpes virus. what would I expect this may be.

itcanbe inflamatory lesion. may be circumcision is to be repeated. maintain hygiene and sanitation. apply antiseptic lotion.it can be herpes or hiv can be excluded by investigation.get it locally examined by doctor for clinical examination and diagnosis.
