What Does Pain In The Penis Indicate?

I have been having small pinch like pains every so often since 1:30 am this morning..sometimes it s a short shooting pinch like pain.. some people are telling me it is stress or something I ate last night.. My question is ..am I having a heart attack symptom?

Heart attack pain has no relation to penis pain. Just relax. Get urine complete test and ultrasound. It is either urinary tract infection or stone. Don't worry.
