What Does Pain In The Right Leg And Swelling In The Calf?

hello, I need some advice. Its been happening for the last 5-6 weeks or so, my right leg starting at the top part of my right butt cheek down my right side to my calf, the whole leg hurts, but there is swelling in my calf along with it feeling warm. Suggestions?
