What Does Pain In The Spine Indicate?

Why my spine be sore In places and my front pelvis bones on both side hurt when I stand up and walk when I have been sitting or laying down? Both of these items started together and are getting progressively worse. My spine and front of my pelvic bone are so sore and I haven t been working out or done anything to strain them. The inside of my knee was the first to hurt, but my doctor did an Xray and said no arthritis to be found, yet, now my spine and pelvic bones in the front hurt too. What might be happening?
