What Does Pain In The Testicles Along With Dizziness And Fatigue Indicate?

Pain in testicles, stomach/chest region, and dizzyness/lightheadedness/fatigue. I may have given myself an ulcer a while ago, but in worried these symptoms may all be related to something worse. I ve also been constipated for the last few days, though with a change in diet this is clearing up. Should I continue to alter my eating habits, or should I go to hospital? I ve got a severe anxiety disorder on top of this, so I ve been quite worried for the last week or so to boot. Thank you so much for your time.

Testicle pain can be primary from testis as orchitis or others; secondary from referred pain of calculus in the urinary system.

The dizziness and fatigue can be multi factorial, such as
- low hemoglobin
- vitamin deficiency
- anxiety
- others.
