Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hiya I have had a burning pain up the fronts of both my thighs for around 3 weeks now and no one can help me with what it is. I have been having tests for my kidneys, vitamin D and Iron. Could they be related? Also what can I do to stop the burning as OTC pain killers don’t seem to have an effect on the pain and it is starting to affect my work as a support worker.

hi, Thanks for using HCM, I understand your concern. your symptoms can be due to peripheral nerves supplying the skin of both thighs being irritated . possible causes could be- tight clothing, over weight, disease like diabetes or some injury to disc / spine in lumber region. there is need of evaluating & correcting cause ( with help of a physician / orthopedic doctor if needed) thanks
