Hello,

As per your presentation, the pain is constant and growing down. This type of pain (neuropathic pain) mostly occurs in case of any pressure or damage to the nerve supplying that area.

In sitting position the nerve will get more strained and radiates down. You can confirm by nerve conduction tests.

Coming to treatment part you can follow the below pattern:

1. Use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
2. You can also use diclofenac sprays
3. Take vitamin tablets
4. Physiotherapy helps to some extent
5. Check for risk factors like diabetes

These measures can help you to recover soon from your symptoms. Don't get worried and try to follow the above thing for speedy recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vamsi Krishna Chittimoju
