What Does Pain In The Upper Back And Legs Indicate?
Hi, About 3 weeks ago my upper back legs started hurting..aching. The pain does not last very long but I can barely stand when it does occur. I sit about 6 to 8 hours 4 days a week at work. Also, I take miniville dot medication. Can you shed some light on my issue?
First, faulty sitting techniques can lead to Para vertebrae muscles stiffness which is responsible for pain. For that, take tablet Diclofenac and Chlorzoxazone drugs 12 hourly. Apply hot compression and sleep on hard bed.
Second, lumbar Osteoarthritis or spondylitis (inflammation between the two vertebrae or intervertebral joints may be the cause. For that, consult orthopedic doctor and get x-ray or MRI whichever he suggests to find out the condition I mentioned above.
If second symptoms are there, you have to do bedrest for 1 to 2 weeks along with physiotherapy. In this also you can apply hot compressions.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Hiren Hirpara
