What Does Pain In The Upper Back And Ribs Indicate?

I have been having pain in upper back and ribs, I have serious Gerd and take 3 different med daily for it but not working, low grade fever sludge stools, white stool twice, so foul smellING that I get dry heaves, nausea at times, by bedtime my upper abdominal it huge, exhausted all the time

Your pancreas needs to be checked and ruled out for malabsorption syndrome; it has to be done first.

Do you drink? If yes, it likely is due to pancreatic problem which can cause pain and malabsorption.
