What Does Pain In The Upper Left Side Of The Body Indicate?

Female 67 year. Open heart surgery on 6/12/2017. Had fever and chills for a couple of days decided to go an urgent care . The doctor check did ekg when he listen to my heart he said I had bronchitis prescribe an antibiotic call Is getting sharp pain in my upper left side should I go to the emergency room. I have had 3 ocurrance today.
