Hello,

Possible causes like herpes zoster, viral fever with rash or myalgia or muscle pain or spasm. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Use anti-pyretic and painkiller medicine.

If symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
