What Does Pain On Scalp And Loss Of Memory Indicate?

i have suffered from chronic migraines since i was 9 i am now 19 and have found no relief my migraines have becam mor intense and now im having severe scalp pain, tingling on my forhead on the left sid and some type of memory loss what could this mean??
