What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Head Indicate?
Hello, I woke up with a headache on the left side of head by my temple. I noticed it gets worse when I bend down or make any sudden movements with my head or even laugh. I think it might be a sinus headache? I m 20 weeks pregnant so I m not sure if there is anything I can take for it? I have history of migraines but this type of headache is new to me.

The head ache which worsens with head movement is likely due to sinus infection.However, since you are 20 weeks pregnant. I would also recommend getting your blood pressure checked. Increased blood pressure can present as headache.
Please be advised to follow up with your Obgyn to rule out sinusitis and get blood pressure checked. If sinusitis is confirmed, you can safely take Amoxicillin during pregnancy.
