What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Penis Indicate?

I have been having a slight pinching pain in the shaft of my penis for a month now. It is sensitive to the touch, but not unbearable, there is nothing visible on the skin but it feels like an internal pain.... I had a back injury a couple months ago do you feel as though it could be related to that because I still suffer from pain in my lower back resulting from that injury. I have not engaged in any sexual activities for over a month now and I am married

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Based on the description, there could be possibilities of referred pain radiating to the penis or there could be a cystic lesion in your penis, which could be causing the pain. Kindly consult Surgeon at the earliest for clinical evaluation. You might require an ultrasound scan to confirm the diagnosis.

Accordingly, intervention could be planned.
Hope the information provided helps.
