What Does Pain On The Left Side Of The Rib Cage Indicate?

Hi. I am having stabbing pains on my left side it feels like my ribs are twisted. It hurts to stand straight up or to bend over. I came on four days early than expected. I went off yesterday, but when I use the bathroom I m still spotting. I took Ibuprofen because I thought maybe I just slept on my side wrong. Please help!

Hello
It can be due to muscle spasm, or dry pleurisy. Apply some heat over the area and take Tab muscle relaxant. And sleep on the other side
