What Does Pain On The Right Side Of The Rib Cage Indicate?

I have pain on my right side of my left i rib, just had heart test, all ok, just that it is a sharp pain, been there for a long time, now more evident, and hurts when I toouch the rib and feel it all of the time. also had diahrea this morning and during the night. this not new, but more severe now.

Hi, Pain around the upper abdomen or around the lower rib are suggetive of acidity or gastritis. If your heart test ( ECG, Echo cardiography) are normal, then certainly it is not related to heart. Have you injured or fell down on your chest?
Regular diet, plenty of oral fluids, OTC antacid tablets might reduce the pain.
