What Does Pain On The Upper Back Indicate?

Pain in upper left side of back, right under my shoulder blade causing pain when bending over and when taking a deep breath. I can breath normally but when inhaling deeply there is quite a bit of pain. Could this be pleurisy? This came on suddenly night before last when putting grand kids to bed and again this morning after my shower. My husband immediately took my blood pressure and the reading was 123/71. Thank you!

Your pain can be due to stress,over use or awkward position (while helping children sleep)of muscles causing muscle pain. This mostly goes with hot fomentation,muscle relaxant ointment like Relaxyl. Over the counter or pills like Ibuprofen. In case there is no relief/the pain increases/there is fever/numbness or weakness in hands. Please consult a physician.
