Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain radiating from lower back to thigh to leg could be due to sciatica. Sciatica occurs due to compression of spinal nerves emanating from spinal cord. I suggest you to consult an orthopedist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
