What Does Pain Radiating From The Lower Abdomen To The Rectum Indicate?

Hi I’ve been having pain on my right lower quadrant and it seems to radiates to my rectum also. I also have nausea , fatigue and frequent stools. Should I go to the ER ? I also have a history of excruciating painful cysts. Very worried , would appreciate some advice.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I suggest you to take USG Abdomen to rule out appendicitis and take further treatment. Meanwhile I suggest you to take T.Buscopan 10mg BD(twice daily after food) for temporary relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
