What Does Pain Shoulder Blade & Pressure In Chest Suggest?

well i have been having pain it started on my back shoulder blade on the left side.well this morning it has came around the front of my chest and down my left arm i have weakness and pressure in my chest on the top part of my chest it even hurts when i breath deep

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult cardiologist and rule out cardiac cause first.
Your all symptoms like chest pressure, tightness, left sided shoulder and chest pain and arm pain , are suggestive of cardiac cause.
So get done
1. ECG
2. 2D Echo
And if something comes positive than go for coronary angiography to rule out coronary obstruction.
So better to consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
