What Does Pain Under The Ribcage On The Right Side Indicate?

Pain under the rib cage on the right side for weeks, transferring to my back. Not always there, but is when I try to lay down. Lower back pain at times during this segment. Some tenderness in my abdomen as well, not constant. Feeling of indigestion at times.

Causes of pain under ribcage are:-
-Injury
-Blunt trauma
-Cholecystitis
-Pneumonia
-Other lung diseases
-Sprain
For that, I would like to advise you the following:
-You can take the tablet Brufen.
-Apply diclofenac gel or cream.
-Apply ice locally.
-Do x-ray chest.
-Treatment mainly depends upon underlying conditions. Kindly follow with detailed history or consult with the physician.
