What Does Pain Under The Ribs On The Left Side Indicate?

I ve had a bad ache in my stomach for 4 days now, its just under my ribs on the left side going down past the left side of my bellybutton down to my waistline. Feel so drained of energy and major loss in appetite. Been hospitalised before over stomach ulcers. Been taking nexiumand that has been making the acidity go away but the General pain is still there

the possible causes are:-

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease.
2. Rupture or torsion of ovarian cyst.
3. Period pains (dysmenorrhoea).
4. Degenerative changes in a fibroid.
5. Chronic pelvic pain.
6. Bowel or bladder problems.
7. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
8. Cystitis.
9. Strangulated hernia.
10. Muscle and bone problems.
