What Does Pain Under The Right Breast Indicate?

I get a pain under my right breast sometimes. I do not have a gallbladder. I eat and a while later my stomach hurt. I have a lot of gas that I burp a lot or pass gas and I cannot control it. Sometimes I get nausated when my stomach is empty and it hurts and I eat something and it goes away. My stool looks in two color, dark brown or light brown and most of the time I go to the bathroom soon after eating. I feel bloated and by passing gas get to feel better. I broke my ribs a long time ago and it is in that place that Ihurt. Sometimes it hurts on that side if I wear a tight belt. I am being treated as a pre diabetes eventhough my A-1C is 5.4 but in a colonoscopy the doctor checked more thoroughly and said that I showeda calcium deposit in my pancreas. I asked my endocrinologist and she does not know why I have that but the gastroenterologist said not to worry and it is nothing malignant but I am worried if it is somethingor I have an u,cer and tat is why I have been having the nausea lately with the empty stomach. Please let me know what you think. I will be 78 years old next month. Thank you.
