What Does Painful Back And Knee With Joint Inflammation And Protruding Rib Mean?

I have had upper back pain and knee pains since age 21. Mainly my right knee.

I am female age 34. Normal weight.

My knee is prone to clicking and joint pain and occasionally flares up and get's inflamed.

I also get breathless very quickly and have shooting pains in other parts of my lower back and right bum cheek. Afew days ago i noticed my bottom left rib is protruding. It is sticking out a lot more than the right side. From the back, my spine appears in line, however, my body seems to be slightly tilted to the right side. When under stress, i frequently suffer mild pains in my chest which i put down to stress. I suffered an unprovoked DVT in my right thigh last year. I have had two previous miscarriages, 10 years ago and 2 successful pregnancies since. I am under consultaion and return in 3 weeks. They don't know yet about my rib. I wonder, is it all linked and should i mention it or is it normal to have one protruding, larger rib???
