What Does Painful Cramps In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

In the last couple weeks when I bend over unexpectedly or tighten my stomach muscles, it feels light I get a stomach muscle spasm, severe tightening and cramping in my lower abdomen and it has occurred now one on each side. What could this be? I have had two Caesarians and am worried scar tissue or cysts may be causing the intense pain.

If you are not having periods such cramps in abdomen don't come. Don't carry very heavy loads or grown up kids. Don't over do abdominal exercises. Take rest & have hot fomentation over the lower abdomen. You will be fine.
