What Does Painful, Growing Boil On Labia Minora Suggest?

I have a boil on my labia minora.it feels like it is getting bigger by the day and it hurts when i sit or walk and wash it.what should i do?i have been having headaches recently.Could it be the cause of the headache? I am on antibiotics for another treatment. Will it help this one?

Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

The boil you have on your labia minora is possible abscess/infected hair root. Antibiotics you are having for another treatment might also have good effects in treating the boil too.

You might need also to:
- keep good genital hygiene
- apply betadine locally

With regards to headaches you feel, it might be due to other diagnosis for which you were put on antibiotics by your doctor.
