What Does Painful Pea-sized Red Circle At Bottom Of Toe Indicate?

For about 3 or 4 months. I ve had a small pea-sized red circle with a white center (unless it is very cold, then it is a purple center) on the bottom of my toe. It is pretty painful when I am exercizing otherwise it is not. Once it has hardened and peeled.

It can be papilloma.

As first-line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
